Whether you’re a new or experienced investor, we have various funding solutions available for nonowner occupied real estate investments.

Quick Closings

HTE-Capital Ventures Loan Officers are committed to closing all loans in an expedient manner. It takes about 14 days to close after we receive all required documentation but receiving all documentation can take three to four weeks. Aim for 30 days whenever you can.
